So What Is C.M.E. (or Continuing Ministry Education) ?

C.M.E. is a monthly DVD ministry for:

- Church Leaders
- Elders
- Ministers in Preparation
- Seasoned Ministers

   In October of 2007 I received a vision of a great multitude of people standing at attention waiting for their assignments from the Lord. As I looked closer I realized they were all of about age 30 and younger. Then the Lord spoke to me and said that He was “preparing to draft the greatest generation of people into His service, that the history of the world had ever seen, and that I was called to help prepare that generation.”

On December 29th of 2008 the vision was suddenly given to me again and the Lord then said that “2009 marked the beginning of the fulfillment of the vision.”

C.M.E. is the beginning of my part in preparing that generation. For the last 30 years I have hungered to learn how to do what God has called me to do. Through that time my wife and I have started 16 churches and pastured several others. We have been used to introduce many into their ministry purposes, and help others through hard times in ministry.

I have discovered that most young ministers are trained in the foundational doctrines of Christ but are not trained in actual ministry principles. Most do not know that much of the Red Letters of the Gospels and the Pastoral Epistles are about the “How to’s” of ministry.

In our monthly C.M.E. teachings we will look into these ministry principles, finding understanding and practical application for this up and coming generation.
